Current regulations on the THC edibles include; Age restriction set at 21 years On-site consumption restrictions Testing requirements Labeling and packaging requirements; no cartoon-like characters or fictional or real persons, not similar to meat products, not resemble commercial food products, not modeled after a product brand that is consumed or marketed to children. THC edibles businesses to register with the State by October 1, 2023.
